How Our Online Service Works

Our customs brokerage process is entirely digital. When your shipment arrives at a Canadian port, you send us your commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and any required permits or certificates by email or secure file transfer. Ezcustoms reviews your documents, confirms HS tariff classification and valuation, calculates duties and taxes, and submits the customs entry to CBSA electronically.

You receive status updates as the entry progresses through CBSA review and release. There is no requirement to visit a physical office at any point — the entire process, from document receipt to customs release, is handled remotely.
